Description:
- CO2 adopts high-stability NDIR non-dispersive infrared sensor, low zero drift, long service life, to detect carbon dioxide from combustion and microbial fermentation;
- NH3, SO2, NO2 adopt separated high-selectivity independent electrochemical sensors, accurately detect irritant and toxic acid & alkaline flue gas generated by waste incineration, chemical reaction and industrial emission;
- TVOC uses high-sensitivity PID photoionization sensor for continuous measurement of volatile organic pollutants in exhaust gas.
This detector supports dual sampling modes: standard diffusion passive sampling and optional 1L/min pump suction active sampling, suitable for stack sampling, confined space, chemical workshop and waste incineration site gas collection. Built-in stainless steel anti-corrosion filter screen blocks corrosive smoke, dust and water mist to protect sensors. LCD screen synchronously displays real-time concentration, gas name and over-limit alarm status of five gases.
Equipped with Ex ib IIB T3 explosion-proof certification and IP65 dustproof & waterproof grade, triple sound-light-vibration over-limit alarm, stores up to 9999 groups alarm records. Wide working temperature -40℃~70℃, 100 hours long standby without pump. Widely applied to waste incineration plants, chemical factories, metallurgical workshops, environmental law enforcement flue gas sampling and industrial waste gas safety patrol.
