Description:
OC-850 portable multi gas detector is customizable handheld industrial toxic flue gas & atmospheric monitoring terminal, equipped with four separated high-selectivity electrochemical sensor combination: O₃ Ozone, NO₂ Nitrogen Dioxide, SO₂ Sulfur Dioxide, CO Carbon Monoxide.
O3, NO2, SO2, CO adopt independent electrochemical sensors to reduce cross interference among oxidizing and toxic acid gases. It accurately measures ozone from disinfection & electrostatic processes, acid flue gas NO2 and SO2 generated by smelting, chemical emission, and toxic CO from incomplete fuel combustion.
The detector supports dual sampling modes: standard diffusion passive sampling and optional 1L/min pump suction active sampling, suitable for atmospheric environment sampling, smelting workshops, coating factories, chemical plants and tunnel air inspection. Built-in stainless steel anti-corrosion filter screen blocks acid mist, oil fume and dust to protect internal sensors. LCD screen synchronously displays real-time concentration, gas name and over-limit alarm status of four gases.
With Ex ib IIB T3 explosion-proof certification and IP65 dustproof & waterproof grade, triple sound-light-vibration over-limit alarm, stores up to 9999 groups alarm records. Wide working temperature -40℃~70℃, 100 hours long standby without pump. Widely applied to environmental law enforcement, smelting factories, printing & coating workshops, vehicle exhaust testing stations, chemical enterprises and atmospheric pollution field sampling.
