This portable HBr hydrogen bromide gas detector is a professional safety measuring instrument developed for hydrogen bromide hazard prevention. Hydrogen bromide is generated in fine chemical synthesis, pharmaceutical production, semiconductor etching and waste gas decomposition process. HBr gas is highly corrosive and strongly irritating. Once leaked, it will cause serious burns and damage to human respiratory tract, eyes and mucous membranes, and also corrode metal equipment on site. This detector is equipped with high‑stability imported electrochemical sensor, featuring fast response speed, low zero drift and excellent anti‑interference performance. It can continuously collect and display real‑time HBr concentration data of ambient air. When detection value reaches preset alarm threshold, sound‑light dual alarm will be triggered to remind staff to conduct ventilation, wear complete anti‑corrosion protective equipment and trace leakage sources timely. Adopting ergonomic lightweight handheld housing, the device adapts to long‑time field patrol and spot inspection. Adjustable alarm threshold and low power consumption meet daily safety inspection, regular environmental monitoring and equipment leak detection for chemical synthesis workshops, pharmaceutical plants and semiconductor manufacturing sites.
