Description:
This portable SiH4 silane gas detector is a professional safety measuring instrument developed for silane hazard prevention. Silane is a special electronic gas largely used in semiconductor chip etching, thin‑film deposition and photovoltaic cell production process. SiH4 is toxic and spontaneously combustible, it may ignite automatically once leaking into air, bringing fire, explosion and poisoning risks to site operators. This detector is equipped with high‑stability imported electrochemical sensor, featuring fast response speed, low zero drift and strong anti‑interference performance. It can continuously collect and display real‑time SiH4 concentration data in ambient air. When measured value reaches preset alarm threshold, sound‑light‑vibration triple alarm will trigger, reminding staff to cut off gas supply, strengthen ventilation and locate leakage source immediately. Adopting ergonomic lightweight handheld housing, the device is suitable for long‑time on‑site patrol, special gas cabinet inspection and equipment leak detection. With adjustable alarm threshold and low power consumption, it meets daily safety inspection, regular environmental monitoring and emergency detection requirements for semiconductor workshops, photovoltaic factories and special gas distribution stations.
