- CH4 Methane: Adopts high-stability catalytic combustion sensor, mainly used for natural gas pipeline, biogas tank, gas station and municipal gas pipeline leakage detection;
- H2 Hydrogen: Equipped with dedicated thermal conductivity hydrogen sensor, specially for hydrogen energy refueling stations, hydrogen production workshops, fuel cell equipment and chemical hydrogen pipeline monitoring.
This instrument supports built-in pump suction (1L/min flow rate) and diffusion dual sampling modes. The telescopic sampling hose can go deep into narrow gaps, pipeline trenches, valve pits and confined equipment interiors to trace tiny leakage points. The LCD color screen synchronously displays real-time concentration, unit and alarm status of CH4 and H2, and can store up to 9999 groups of alarm data for maintenance filing and hidden danger traceability.
With Ex ib IIB T3 explosion-proof grade and IP65 dustproof & waterproof housing, the continuous working time can reach 100 hours under diffusion mode. Widely applied in urban gas pipeline inspection, biogas plant operation, hydrogen energy industry, chemical synthesis workshops and confined space flammable gas pre-inspection.
