Description:
- VOC adopts high-sensitivity PID photoionization sensor for continuous detection of volatile organic pollutants produced by printing, coating and organic solvent volatilization;
- NO₂ and SO₂ adopt separated independent high-selectivity electrochemical sensors, accurately detect acidic toxic flue gas discharged from smelting, chemical production and fuel combustion.
This detector supports dual sampling modes: standard diffusion passive sampling and optional 1L/min pump suction active sampling, suitable for stack sampling, closed chemical workshops, coating production lines and environmental on-site sampling. Built-in stainless steel anti-corrosion filter screen blocks acid mist, solvent vapor and dust to protect internal sensors. LCD screen synchronously displays real-time concentration, gas name and over-limit alarm status of three gases.
With Ex ib IIB T3 explosion-proof certification and IP65 dustproof & waterproof grade, triple sound-light-vibration over-limit alarm, stores up to 9999 groups alarm records. Wide working temperature -40℃~70℃, 100 hours long standby without pump. Widely applied to printing & coating factories, chemical enterprises, smelting workshops, environmental law enforcement waste gas sampling and industrial waste gas safety patrol.
