This portable CH4 methane gas detector is a professional safety instrument for methane leakage and explosion risk early warning. Methane is the primary component of natural gas, coal mine gas and biogas, which widely exists in underground coal mine, biogas generating station, sewage treatment plant and urban gas pipeline. When methane accumulates to explosive concentration in enclosed area, it will cause serious fire and explosion accidents. This detector adopts high‑stability catalytic combustion sensor, featuring fast response, low zero drift and stable measurement performance. It can continuously collect and display real‑time CH4 concentration data of ambient air. Once detection value reaches preset alarm threshold, sound‑light dual alarm will trigger, reminding field operators to cut off gas source, enhance ventilation and locate leakage sources timely. Adopting ergonomic lightweight handheld housing, the device adapts to long‑time field patrol and confined space entry inspection. Adjustable alarm threshold and low power consumption meet daily safety inspection, equipment leak detection and emergency detection requirements for coal mines, biogas plants and gas pipeline overhaul sites.
