This portable SiH4 (Silane) gas detector adopts dedicated high‑performance electrochemical sensor, designed to detect pyrophoric and toxic silane gas leakage in ambient air. Silane may spontaneously ignite when exposed to air, which brings huge safety risks for semiconductor and photovoltaic manufacturing. This unit features fast response, clear LCD display, adjustable alarm thresholds, sound‑light‑vibration triple alarm. Compact handheld design supports on‑site patrol inspection for gas cabinets, VMB distribution boxes and CVD process stations. Widely used in semiconductor fabs, photovoltaic cell workshops, electronic specialty gas filling rooms and related laboratories. It protects operators from silane inhalation hazards and satisfies industrial occupational safety monitoring requirements.
