Description:
OC‑901 portable HF gas detector is an industrial‑grade portable gas monitoring instrument. It is equipped with original imported anti‑corrosion electrochemical sensor for HF (Hydrogen Fluoride). Built‑in pump‑suction sampling realizes fast gas absorption and rapid response, which can accurately measure HF concentration and detect gas leakage on site.
HF is colorless, pungent‑smelling highly‑toxic corrosive gas, non‑flammable itself. When contacting moisture, it will form hydrofluoric acid, which causes severe chemical burns to skin, eyes and respiratory mucosa; inhalation of low concentration may lead to pulmonary edema, high‑concentration exposure brings life‑threatening systemic hazards. Low‑concentration HF gas is lighter than air and does not settle on the ground. It is widely consumed in semiconductor wafer etching, fluorochemical synthesis, petrochemical alkylation catalysis, aluminum electrolysis, glass etching and chemical laboratory processes. Leakage from storage tanks, pipelines and reaction vessels poses serious occupational safety risks for operators. This instrument is widely used for semiconductor clean‑room patrol, fluorochemical plant inspection, petrochemical process monitoring, aluminum smelting plant safety check and confined‑space spot‑check.
The device is fitted with a 2.4‑inch color display, supporting free switch between English and Chinese operating menu. Once gas concentration exceeds alarm threshold, voice, audible‑visual and vibration triple alarm will be activated to remind site personnel of potential hazards.
Built‑in 3.7V 4000mAh rechargeable lithium battery provides continuous working time more than 10 hours. Back clip design allows easy wearing during field inspection. IP65 protection and Ex ib IIB T3 explosion‑proof rating make it capable of complex and harsh industrial environment. Alarm data storage function supports historical record review. Aluminum alloy carry box is supplied for convenient transportation and storage.
